Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy

These Terms of Service (including the Acceptable Use Policy, collectively "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Amuniyaa.com website, services, courses, and content (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with Amuniyaa. If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
2. User Accounts and Security
a. You may be required to register for an account to access certain features of the Amuniyaa Service. b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. c. You agree to notify Amuniyaa immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use the Amuniyaa Service to:
a. Violate Law: Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
b. Harassment/Abuse: Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
c. Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
d. Spam/Malware: Transmit or upload any material that contains viruses, worms, malware, or any other destructive code.
e. Intellectual Property Theft: Infringe upon or violate Amuniyaa’s or any third party’s intellectual property rights (see Section 4). f. Commercial Use: Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service or content without express written permission from Amuniyaa.
g. Interference: Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, or hack into the Website.
h. Data Collection: Collect or track the personal information of others without their consent.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
a. The Website and all its original content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and services) are and will remain the exclusive property of Amuniyaa and its licensors. b. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit the content of the Amuniyaa Service, in whole or in part, except as expressly authorised by Amuniyaa.
5. Payments and Billing
a. All payments for services, courses, or products from Amuniyaa must be paid in full prior to receiving the service unless otherwise agreed.
b. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
c. All sales and services are subject to the separate Amuniyaa Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
a. The Amuniyaa Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Amuniyaa makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied.
b. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amuniyaa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service.
c. Your use of the Service is subject to the separate Amuniyaa Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability Policy.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
Amuniyaa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
