Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations related to services and products offered by Amuniyaa.
1. Service/Session Cancellation (e.g., 1-on-1 Coaching)
- Client Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session with Amuniyaa.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee, and the session will be counted as used.
- No-Show: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
2. Digital Products and Courses
- General Policy: Due to the immediate access nature of digital downloads and online courses, all purchases of digital products (e.g., e-books, guided meditations, courses) from Amuniyaa are generally non-refundable.
- Specific Guarantee: If a course or product explicitly states a "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee," that guarantee applies, provided the refund request is made within 30 days of purchase and is in accordance with the specified terms (e.g., proving course completion/effort).
3. Physical Products
Refunds for physical products (if any are sold by Amuniyaa) will be processed if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
